Description
Delicious Thai shrimp cakes served with a spicy chili aioli.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp red curry paste
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Chop the shrimp into small pieces.
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, breadcrumbs, cilantro, green onions, egg, garlic, fish sauce, curry paste, and salt.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
- For the chili aioli, mix mayonnaise with chili paste.
- Serve shrimp cakes hot with chili aioli on the side.

- Adjust the chili paste for desired spiciness.
- Serve with lime wedges for extra flavor.
