These Thai Sweet Chili Turkey Burgers are juicy and flavorful.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Burger buns
- Lettuce and tomato for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, sweet chili sauce, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Assemble burgers on buns with lettuce and tomato.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili sauce.
- These burgers can be grilled or pan-fried.
- Serve with additional sweet chili sauce for dipping.
