- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss green beans with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread green beans on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle slivered almonds on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until beans are tender.
- Serve warm.
