- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup coffee, cooled
- 1 cup ladyfinger cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture gently.
- Dip ladyfinger cookies in cooled coffee and crush them.
- Add crushed ladyfinger cookies and vanilla extract to the mascarpone mixture.
- Form small balls from the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Roll chilled balls in cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of regular coffee.
- Adjust cocoa powder to your taste.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
