Description

Tiramisu Balls are a delicious dessert that combines the classic flavors of tiramisu in a bite-sized form.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup ladyfinger cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture gently.
  4. Dip ladyfinger cookies in cooled coffee and crush them.
  5. Add crushed ladyfinger cookies and vanilla extract to the mascarpone mixture.
  6. Form small balls from the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  8. Roll chilled balls in cocoa powder before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of regular coffee.
