- 3 large eggs

- 1/4 cup coffee liqueur
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add mascarpone cheese and sugar; mix until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in heavy cream, brewed coffee, and vanilla extract.
- Sift in flour and cocoa powder; fold gently.
- Pour batter into a greased springform pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set but center remains slightly jiggly.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled, dusted with cocoa powder.
