A delicious and creamy dessert made with oats, inspired by the classic tiramisu.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup coffee, brewed and cooled
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix rolled oats and almond milk. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Add Greek yogurt, coffee, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and salt to the oats.
- Stir until well combined.
- Layer the mixture in a glass or jar.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Serve cold, topped with additional cocoa powder or chocolate shavings.
Notes
- You can use any milk of your choice.
- Adjust sweetness according to your preference.
- Add more layers for a richer dessert.
