Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu (14 oz)
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Drain and press the tofu to remove excess water.
- In a bowl, crumble the tofu with your hands.
- Add nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Use as a filling for lasagna or stuffed shells.
- Can be seasoned with fresh herbs for added flavor.
