Tortilla Pizza Rolls are a quick and easy snack or appetizer. They combine the flavors of pizza with the convenience of a rolled tortilla.
Ingredients

- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
- Add pepperoni slices over the cheese.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning on top.
- Roll each tortilla tightly.
- Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Feel free to add other toppings like vegetables or different meats.
- Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
- These can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
