- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pie crust
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, combine mixed berries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
- Pour the berry mixture into the crust.
- Cover with another layer of pie crust or create a lattice top.
- Brush the top with beaten egg.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
