Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add sour cream and vanilla, mixing well.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
- Fold in chocolate chips and cocoa powder.
- Pour cheesecake batter over the crust.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set.
- Let cool, then drizzle fudge sauce on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
