Ingredients

- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 4 oz sliced turkey breast
- 2 tbsp pesto sauce
- 1 slice mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Spread pesto sauce on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer turkey, mozzarella, and spinach on one slice.
- Top with the other slice of bread, pesto side down.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Slice and serve warm.
