- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets, olive oil, turmeric, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Toss until the florets are evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
