- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until melted.
- Add the sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. Mix well.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce. Stir to combine.
- Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Serve hot.
