Instructions

  3. Arrange banana slices over the butter mixture.
  4. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. In another bowl, beat eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk.
  6. Combine both mixtures until smooth.
  7. Pour batter over bananas in the pan.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
