Instructions

  4. Add buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed.
  5. Pour the batter into prepared pans.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cakes cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pans.
  8. Frost with your choice of icing.
