- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and brown sugar.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla bean paste, sour cream, and heavy cream.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let it cool at room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Notes
- Use fresh vanilla beans for a stronger flavor.
- Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature before mixing.
- For a firmer cheesecake, bake a little longer.
