Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, mix the cottage cheese, almond flour, coconut flour, honey, vanilla extract, baking powder, and egg.
- Stir until well combined.
- Add shredded coconut and mix again.
- Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes until cooked through.
- Let cool for a minute before enjoying.
