Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 package puff pastry (2 sheets)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and sauté until translucent.
  4. Add mixed vegetables, salt, pepper, and thyme. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well.
  6. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.
  7. Cut into circles and place filling in the center.
  8. Fold the pastry over and seal the edges.
  9. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
