- 1 pie crust
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 zucchini, grated
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add cheese, spinach, bell pepper, onion, zucchini, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the quiche is set and lightly golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
