Ingredients

- 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
Instructions
- Boil chopped cabbage in salted water until tender.
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, and salt to form a dough.
- Roll dough into small balls.
- Add dumplings to boiling cabbage and cook for 10 minutes.
- In a pan, sauté onion in butter until golden.
- Add sautéed onion to the cabbage and dumplings.
- Season with pepper and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- You can add meat for extra flavor.
- Serve with sour cream for a creamy texture.
