Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Buns for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, spinach, white cheddar, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Serve on buns with your choice of toppings.
Notes
- Store leftover patties in the refrigerator.
- These burgers can also be cooked in the oven at 375°F for 20 minutes.
