- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add melted white chocolate, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
- Let the cheesecake cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until peaks form.
- Top the cheesecake with whipped cream and sliced strawberries before serving.
