Delicious white chocolate truffles filled with fresh strawberries.
Ingredients

- 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it simmers.
- Remove from heat and add chopped white chocolate. Stir until melted.
- Add strawberry puree and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
- Roll each truffle in powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- For a twist, add a splash of lemon juice to the strawberry puree.
