Description

Delicious white chocolate truffles filled with fresh strawberries.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it simmers.
  2. Remove from heat and add chopped white chocolate. Stir until melted.
  3. Add strawberry puree and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  5. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
  6. Roll each truffle in powdered sugar before serving.
