- 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup strawberries, pureed
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped white chocolate and stir until melted.
- Mix in the strawberry puree and powdered sugar.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Once chilled, scoop out the mixture and roll into balls.
- Dust with cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate until firm before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for better flavor.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- For a variation, add a splash of vanilla extract.
