Ingredients
- Wontons – 20 pieces
- Chicken broth – 6 cups
- Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger – 1 inch, minced
- Green onions – 2, sliced
- Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil – 1 tablespoon
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
- Vegetables (bok choy, mushrooms) – 1 cup, chopped
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 2 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Add vegetables and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Gently add wontons to the broth and cook until they float, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.

- You can use store-bought or homemade wontons.
- Adjust the broth seasoning based on your preference.
