- 2 eggs

- 2 tablespoons zaatar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, zaatar, and salt.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
- Place the bread in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of each slice while still in the skillet.
- Cover the skillet to melt the cheese for about 1-2 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
