- 2 medium zucchinis, grated
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a bowl, mix zucchinis, cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and beaten egg.
- Form small patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
