Ingredients

- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a pie dish.
- In a bowl, mix grated zucchini and sliced onions.
- Add eggs, milk, and stir well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine both mixtures and add cheese.
- Pour the mixture into the pie dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
