Ingredients

- 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Add buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into greased cake pans.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cakes cool completely before frosting.
- For the frosting, beat together butter, crushed Oreos, and powdered sugar until creamy.
- Frost the cooled cakes with the Oreo frosting.
