Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add flour and whisk for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually add milk, whisking continuously until thickened.
  5. Stir in cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses until melted.
  6. Add Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  7. Mix in the cooked macaroni and lobster meat.
  8. Transfer to a baking dish.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
