Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread honey on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, honey side down, in the skillet.
- Add cheese slices on top of the bread.
- Sprinkle chili flakes over the cheese.
- Top with the second slice of bread, honey side up.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side until cheese melts.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve.
