Ingredients

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup ice water
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Mix the ground beef and pork in a large bowl.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and sugar. Mix well.
- Stir in ice water and milk until combined.
- Stuff the mixture into casings or shape into a loaf.
- Refrigerate for 24 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Bake for about 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let cool, slice, and serve.
Notes
- Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- You can freeze the bologna for longer storage.
