- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 orange, juiced and zested

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken in the skillet for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add cranberries, orange juice, orange zest, and honey to the skillet.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until cranberries burst and sauce thickens.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
