- 1 cup leeks, sliced
- 1 cup cream

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add leeks and cook until soft.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Add cream, chicken, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until the mixture thickens.
- Pour the mixture into a pie dish.
- Cover with puff pastry and seal the edges.
- Make small slits in the pastry for steam to escape.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
