Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  7. Stir in crushed pineapple and sour cream.
  8. Pour the mixture over the crust in the pan.
  9. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set.
  10. Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
