- 1 small head of cabbage, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until soft.
- Add shredded cabbage, salt, pepper, and dill. Cook until cabbage is tender.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
- Combine the cabbage mixture with the cheese mixture.
- Place the pie crust in a pie pan and fill it with the cabbage mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
