Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the shrimp in the mixture for 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink.
- Pour the remaining marinade over the shrimp and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
