Description
A rich and creamy fudge with layers of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry flavors.
Ingredients

- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup strawberry puree
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Add cream and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring until boiling.
- Boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour half of the mixture into a greased pan.
- Stir strawberry puree into the remaining mixture and pour over the first layer.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for the puree.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Fudge can be refrigerated to set faster.
