Description

A creamy no-bake cheesecake infused with Biscoff cookies and topped with salted caramel.


Ingredients

  • 200g Biscoff cookies
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted
  • 500g cream cheese
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 100g salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Crush the Biscoff cookies in a food processor.
  2. Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Pour the mixture over the crust in the pan.
  8. Drizzle salted caramel sauce on top.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.

Notes

  • Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
