Description
A tasty side dish featuring roasted Brussels sprouts mixed with cranberries and walnuts.

- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 cup cranberries, dried
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and golden.
- Add cranberries and walnuts to the baking sheet. Roast for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve warm.
