Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and golden.
  5. Add cranberries and walnuts to the baking sheet. Roast for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and serve warm.
