Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add milk and stir until just combined.
- Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
- Roll out to 1-inch thickness and cut into rounds.
- Place biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Sprinkle flour over sausage and stir to combine.
- Add milk and cook until gravy thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve biscuits topped with sausage gravy.
