Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked spinach, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, spinach, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
