- 2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil.
- Spread fresh spinach evenly over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and black pepper on top.
- Add crumbled feta cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.

- For a crispy crust, bake the flatbread directly on the oven rack.
- You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
