Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup crushed strawberries
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add crushed strawberries and vanilla extract, then mix well.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs until combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each truffle ball into melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
- Let the chocolate set in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
